Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total tattoo cost. A deposit may be forfeited for the following reasons: ___________________________________________  No-show or cancellation  Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice or more than two reschedules Arriving unfit for tattooing (e.g., inebriated, sunburned, underage) Arriving over 15 minutes late  Completely changing the design Reschedules may be no more than 3 months past the original appointment date
